Our story

Our journey together started in 2018 in the chaos of London. We always envisioned creating a space together where we could provide space for the modalities we feel so passionate about. From London, to the sandy shores of Kent in the UK, we eventually landed in Gozo in 2024. The nurturing Island of Gozo seemed like the perfect place to bring out little dream to life, here's more about our individual backgrounds as therapists that led to this co-creation.

From a young age, I felt a deep calling to support others and hold space for healing. I completed a course in universal energy and chakra balancing with Master Luong Minh Dang. Over the past two decades, I’ve explored the body through practices like yoga, Pilates, and dance—each offering insight into the connection between movement, awareness, and wellbeing.

Discovering Craniosacral Therapy felt like finding a bridge between the energetic principles of chakra work and the structural understanding found in cranial osteopathy. It brought together everything I had been intuitively seeking. I trained with the College of Craniosacral Therapy (CCST) in London, the oldest and largest Craniosacral college in the UK, and continue to be inspired by the subtle, transformative power of this work.

I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal and see my role as one of support and reflection—creating a safe, quiet space where each person’s own wisdom can emerge. While Craniosacral Therapy is my primary modality, I also specialise in fascia and fascial unwinding, integrating sound to support release on a deep somatic level

I have been blessed to spend the last decade studying the modalities that have helped me create a loving relationship between my body and mind. My areas of study and certification alongside many wonderful, inspiring teachers and mentors includes, Massage, mat and equipment Pilates, Reiki, Healing Tao Qi Gong, Hypnosis and co-counselling facilitation. Throughout my journey I have also attended countless CPD workshops on specific body ailments, alternative forms of somatic movement, and meditation methods, eager to develop as many forms of communication with the body as possible.

My greatest joy in body work is assisting people in finding a dialogue with their body, so that they can come to understand it's unique preferences on any given day. And it is an honour to hold space for people to relax, find joy, and welcome healing to their body. To me these modalities are about finding freedom and empowerment, despite the many labels and diagnosis the body has often been given along the way.
